How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every Oakmere order, within New Zealand and to the forty plus countries we deliver to. There is no minimum spend. Import duties or taxes on international orders are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.
When will my order arrive?
You'll get an order confirmation straight away, and tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. Delivery time depends on where you are. If you need something by a particular date, message us through our contact page before you order and we'll tell you what's realistic.
Can I return it if it is not right for the room?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return most items for a refund or an exchange, as long as they're unused, in their original packaging and with any tags still attached. Return postage is yours unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or wasn't what you ordered. We can't accept returns on pieces that have been installed, wired in, assembled or modified, on made to order items, or on gift cards.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
Send us a photo through our contact page as soon as it arrives and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

It fulfills its function, but the thing is that it's not rigid and sometimes it's difficult to handle. Also, it's for right-handed users and I'm left-handed.
