How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every Oakmere order, within New Zealand and to the forty plus countries we deliver to. There is no minimum spend. Import duties or taxes on international orders are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.
When will my order arrive?
You'll get an order confirmation straight away, and tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. Delivery time depends on where you are. If you need something by a particular date, message us through our contact page before you order and we'll tell you what's realistic.
Can I return it if it is not right for the room?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return most items for a refund or an exchange, as long as they're unused, in their original packaging and with any tags still attached. Return postage is yours unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or wasn't what you ordered. We can't accept returns on pieces that have been installed, wired in, assembled or modified, on made to order items, or on gift cards.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
Send us a photo through our contact page as soon as it arrives and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

These are awesome. ordered one for each bedroom. perfect colour. slightly different than the picture but i was betting on it being more sage.

The lamp is simply superb. Very light - 500 grams. Because I installed it on the mount from the old lamp, it didn't turn out very well. I'll think about it. Maybe, I'll actually buy and hang two, or even three lampshades.
I was worried that there would be little light, because the old lamp was large, matte, and illuminated everything nicely. And this one is not transparent and not circular; the light is directed into it, as if in a flashlight. Although it turned out a bit darker than with the old lamp, I have enough light in the kitchen. I am satisfied with just one.

I was a little worried ordering these as i thought the might get damaged. i did not need to worry as they came incased in polystyrene protection. very happy with the product and colour. i might order some more. what wasn't shown in the description was that they came with the ceiling mounts too.
