Fitting is straightforward for a standard wall box, and the beam direction can be set up, down or both depending on the effect you are after. Spacing matters more than raw brightness. Two or three fittings at even intervals will always look better than one very bright light fighting a dark room.
For hardwired installation, isolate the power at the switchboard and have the work carried out or checked by a qualified electrician. Do not immerse the fitting or install it inside a pool, spa or shower zone.
